UNDERSTAND YOUR GOALS

The first step is to clearly understand your objectives for the game and the changes that must occur as a result of the game.

UNDERSTAND YOUR BUSINESS

The second step is to understand your business context and the roles of the people that will be impacted. This is usually done through a site visit and interviews.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

The third step is to consider the delivery requirements for the game and any restraints that might exist

GAME DESIGN

The fourth step is for us to create some game options for review. Once accepted we will mock up a prototype.

TEST THE GAME

The fifth step is to test the game and  then make any adjustments necessary.

TRAIN FACILITATORS OR DELIVER GAME

The last step is to train the facilitators of the game or deliver the training on your behalf. Depending on the complexity of the game this can be done in different ways.

All our games are designed and supported to be delivered by your internal staff. However, that is not always possible and we are always happy to support you with delivering your projects.
